Competitive Sales Commission

We offer unlimited continuous commission-only agreements for your chosen territory. We offer one full-day rate of the consultant as your commission every month, i.e., if the day rate of our consultant is GBP 600.00/Day we pay you GBP 600.00 monthly for that consultant’s contract and if there is a renewal of the consultant’s contract, we will continue to pay you every month as long as that contract is live.

Please note, that we do not accept any day rate of IT contract staffing opportunities having less than GBP 600.00/day.

What We Expect

    ·          We pay a recurring commission on every deal we close with your help and the commission is payable every month, after we realize the revenue from the customer.

    ·          This recurring commission is payable to you as long as the specific staffing contract is live and for any renewal of the same contract.

    Essential Skills ·         You should have a strong background in sales, particularly working from a remote place, i.e., calling and emailing potential clients. An experienced Inside Salesperson (IT) is an ideal candidate for this requirement.

    ·         Must have a good network of potential customers, i.e., prospects.

    ·         Self-motivated with a passion for person-centric sales mechanisms.

    ·         You should understand the legal aspects of the contract and permanent staffing scenario within the UK.

    ·         You must be an excellent communicator and expert negotiator.

    ·         You should have a minimum understanding of modern Information Technology’s landscape.

    Sales Specialist Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within the assigned territory.
  • Present our products, systems, solutions & services to prospective customers.
  • Identify customer needs/ pain points and recommend product and system solutions in coordination with the Application/ Commercial team.
  • Answer customer questions about features, pricing, and pre-sales and post-sales services.
  • Should be able to independently close the complete sales cycle from inquiry generation– PO generation and collection- Payment follow-up and after-sales services contracts.
