All our products are manufactured at our fully automated facility with “State of the Art” German technology machines, tools under strict hygiene practices. The products & facilities comply with all major manufacturing certifications such as BIS, ISI, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 etc. & confirms to certifications from WHO-GMP.
The uniqueness of all our manufactured products is the sterilization process, using our 2000W double sided UV sterilization machine. Our daily production capacity is 200,000 pcs of N95/N99/FFP1/FFP2/FFP3 and 450,000 pcs of 3 Ply Masks.
All our products are packed in house through automated skinless packaging plant.
We have been supplying to 12+ countries including all over GCC & Africa & have all documentation, support infrastructure in place to meet regulatory/ labelling requirements of specific markets.
