We do custom made parts like Sheet metal Kiosk, Fuel Dispensers, Mechanical parts of Printer, Enclosures, Stainless Panels and Tanks, claddings for Pharma Machines, Cabinets For Elevators Heavy /Medium Fabrication assemblies duly with Hot Dip Galvanized or Powder coated / Spray Painted, along with turned/milled components for pharma machineries and equipment manufacturers.

Competitive Sales Commission and  Sales Remuneration

We offer fixed term appointment contract with option to renew every 1 year on exclusive basis for the agreed period and geography.

Our sales remuneration is extremely competitive and in line with industry. We are also open to discuss fixed salary and other benefits with qualified candidates.

The sales agreement  includes mutually agreed sales targets in line with the current market potential  and competitive landscape.

What We Expect

The  representative should be able clearly demonstrate and share the following;

  • Experience in relevant industry.
  • Familiarity with B2B Sales is must.
  • Experience in complete Sales cycle management (from PO generation to payment follow up and after sales potential) is a plus.
  • Resilient with a proven track record in sales of minimum 5 years.
  • Sales Representative should have background in business or sales management preferably with engineering qualification.
  • Business Development: Prospect, identify, and approach potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, social media, and referrals. Develop and execute effective strategies to generate leads and expand the client base.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand clients’ needs and challenges and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements. Effectively communicate the value of our products/services and build trust with potential customers.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and finalizing deals. Skillfully address objections and overcome barriers to secure sales closures.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities. Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress towards targets. 


  •  Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory.
  • Present our products, systems, solutions & services to prospective customers.
  • Identify customer needs/ pain points and recommend product, System solutions in coordination with Application/ Commercial team.
  • Answer customer questions about features, pricing and pre sales and post sales services.
  • Should be able to independently close the complete sales cycle from inquiry generation– PO generation and collection- Payment follow up and after sales services contracts.
