2) Approval of dealership from our end subjecting to legal agreement.
3) Signing Legal agreement by dealer which includes details of tenure of agreement, product technical authority, state wise allocation & deposit of money, Pricing authority, etc.
4) Video call training on Techno-Commercial subject for the Conveyors which includes product basic technical info, Service info, Installation of product, Customer base, Cost chart, Preparation of offer & Commercial negotiation.
5) Supply of sales supporting items like a Product catalogue,Visiting cards, FAQ form & Cost chart.
6) Scheduling Sales forecast & strategy month wise.
7) Review meeting on every week regarding New enquires generation, Sales status, After sales support to customers, production schedule & Payments issues from customers.
8)Quarterly review meeting regarding New esquires generation, Sales status, After sales support to customers, production schedule & Payments issue from customers.
9) Yearly appreciation for dealers with Prize & appreciation letter.
10) Yearly Renewal of dealership contract for next year.
